How to Use

* Apply to the face and neck after cleansing with fingertips.
Massage into the skin and leave on for 2 to 3 minutes.

* Use this time to take some deep breaths, reflect on the day ahead or the day that passed.

* Rinse with cool water.

* Use morning and evening. Avoid contact with eyes.
