Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES*

At BelVer Studio, we hope you enjoy items you ordered. However, if for any reason product did not work for you, please contact BelVer Studio at care@belverstudio.com to arrange a return or an exchange within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, at the original purchase price after the return is received by BelVer Studio.

* This policy does not apply to Biologique Recherche products. Biologique Recherche products are shipped directly by Biologique Recherche. Please refer to Biologique Recherche Return policy for more information.

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS*

If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, please contact BelVer Studio within 24 hours by writing to care@belverstudio.com. Please provide your name, order number, describe the items that are missing and/or damaged, include the pictures of the damaged items in your email so we could assist you.
