* Start with our gentle cream cleanser to remove impurities without stripping the skin. Pat dry, avoid rubbing, which can further irritate a compromised barrier.
* Smooth a small amount onto face and neck while skin is slightly damp.
* Use light, upward motions to work the cream in. Avoid tugging or over-massaging, especially on reactive or post-procedure skin.
* Apply twice daily as part of a consistent routine. Regular use over 28 days is when barrier repair and hydration benefits are most visible.
* In the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect your skin.
